Just because I have a life-size cardboard standup of her and just because I sleep with a Meg plastic figure next to me in bed (I would have taken the plush figure, but it doesn't look good) and just because I rejected every girl that was ever interested in me since I hope to get a magic card like the boy in "Last Action Hero" that enables me to go into the "Family Guy" universe and marry Meg? Come on. That's perfectly normal, isn't it?
second photo of Meg is inaccurate also. Meg has a sweet, very pretty face and a moderately plump body. However, she's been depicted with curves, esp. when in a new dress or in formal attire. If she has any fault, she dresses badly...the cap and the pink shirt.
the toad episode, the first Joe episode, and Peter Peter Caviar Eater...all of which she was in atypical, more provocative dresses, showing her to be rather lovely when properly outfitted.
Where did you get that from? By the way, when she moves back to cover herself with the blanket, is there a frame where her belly is visible a bit better?
Well, at least I will not use that black and white pic for that, even if it looks like an ass. Since I'm not so much into asses. And I need to see her pretty face to get turned on.

That's the best belly shot in the scene. (I pull my own screenshots) You'd be surprised how few frames are in that scene. I have to laugh when her pops up from the bottom of the frame that she is wearing her glasses...just does not look right.
